Any club member, other than privilege holders, may invite on e or more guests to use the facilities of the club, and the host member or a member of his or her immediate family shall accompany the guests. It is the member’s responsibility to pay the designated fee for each guest on the day of the visit. Guests (except for immediate family) are limited in court use to five visits per season. Guests are limited to pool usage of one time per week. A member, other than a privilege holder, may pre-register an out-of-town guest with the club manager for a period not to exceed two weeks, and a special guest pass will be issued upon payment of the designated fee. Further extensions may be granted only by approval of the board of directors.

A member, other than a privilege holder, may take one or more guests to midweek dinners, special events, picnic suppers and club dinners, with the exception of the opening night dinner and the new members show dinner.
